Most of my paintings of Staithes are for sale in the 'Staithes Gallery', High Street, Staithes.
Staithes is situated on the North East Coast and derives its name from the Old English word 'staeth' meaning landing place. It has a rugged beauty and is one of my favourite painting locations. Locals pronounce Staithes as 'Steers'.
